When placing an order with TONED, a receipt is automatically emailed verifying the purchase. If a receipt is not received within 24-hours please contact with your correct email address, as we will send a new one out. Please note that this receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, insufficient stock, or any other reason, as TONED sees fit.
If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, TONED shall issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount paid. TONED cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order.
All orders are processed within 3-15 business days currently due to high volume of orders. Please note that orders are shipped only during business hours and are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed. However, if a shipment is delayed you will receive proper notification. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery.
We currently do not ship International orders.
If an item is unavailable, TONED Customer Service will notify you in a timely manner.
TONED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package ships, all matters beyond that point must go through USPS.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund within 5 days of receiving your product. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to TONED.
